Possible breakfast at the Ramada Resort

A buffet breakfast is included in the daily lodging price; breakfast is available from 7:00 AM to 10 AM. (special ???)

Dinners will be buffet style in the main restaurant when the talks end about 8:15. There will be numerous options available including those for vegetarians. Vegans should let the restaurant know in advance, when they reserve the room. Water and non-alcoholic drinks are available at breakfast, but guests pay for all drinks at dinner.

Attendees staying elsewhere may join the main group for dinner at a charge of 21 euros. Some attendees staying at the hotel may wish to dine elsewhere in Kranjska Gora at some point during the conference. If the hotel is informed the evening prior, the half-board lodging charge will be reduced by 6 euros.

Ramada Resort Break Choice

There will be a catered reception with drinks and finger food each day prior to the speaking session, sited near the conference room. On the first day, July 3, the reception will begin about 15:30. On the other days the reception will start about 15:40. The registration fee includes payment for these receptions/breaks. Guests and family members not attending the sessions, but planning to attend the receptions, have a reduced registration fee.
