Ramada Resort Kranjska Gora

We have placed a hold on a number rooms sufficient for our conference needs at the Ramada Resort by Wyndham, Borovska Cesta 99, 4280, Kranjska Gora, Slovenia. The number held will be reduced as the conference date approaches if enough reservations have not been received, so booking early is essential (see below).

The Ramada Resort has outstanding reviews, well rated dining, and excellent conference facilities. This hotel has a variety of room types, and many facilities without charge: high speed wi-fi, parking, pool, fitness facilities, an animation program for children, a business center, and entry to the casino. Guests have a 30% discount for the sauna.

The resort has an airport pick up service. Current charges (these may rise a bit in 2023) from and to various airports are below. These are prices per car or van, not per person.

ASIC will use a large conference room set up classroom style.

LODGING RATES:

Lodging rates given below are inclusive, except for a tourist tax of 3 euro per day per person. The rates are half-board (they include breakfast and dinner). Lodging reservations should be made as early as possible, starting in September of 2022.

One adult, half board:
- 134 Euro/day
Two adults in one room, half board each:
- 194 Euro/day for both

For larger suites suitable for families, and extra prices for children in the same room or suites contact the hotel. info@hit-alpinea.si The rates are available for up to three days prior to and after ASIC, from June 30th, 2023 to July 12th, 2023.

This will be open, Slovenia time, 8 am – 6 PM M-F; Sat 9 AM – 3 PM: +386 4 589 20 62. When emailing or calling say you are reserving for ASIC.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

Cancellation without penalty until April 3rd 2023
5% cancellation fee from April 4th – May 31st, 2023
30% cancellation fee from June 1st – June 15th, 2023
50% cancellation fee from June 16th – June 23rd, 2023
100% cancellation fee after June 23rd, 2023

SCHEDULE AND MEALS:

Each day the conference will begin with a reception with refreshments and light food near or in the conference room, starting at about 15:40. The talks will take place from about 16:00 to 20:00. Following the talks attendees will dine together as a group at the hotel (see ‘Meals and Breaks’ on this website).
