LODGING RATES:
Lodging rates given below are inclusive, except for a tourist tax of 2.6 euro per day per person. The rates are half-board (they include breakfast and dinner). Lodging reservations should be made as early as possible, starting in September of 2025. Rooms are being held for ASIC until May 25, 2025, at which time they will be returned to the general public, and after that date you will only be able to reserve at ASIC rates (or at all) if rooms are available. It is especially desirable to book early because cancellation is free until 15 days prior to arrival (until June 8, 2025).
There are five types of rooms at Saint Gervais, four of which are described on their website at: https://en.lesaintgervais.com/chambres. The ‘superior room’ is not described but is larger than the classic twin, having both a double bed and single bed.

- Classic double room (one double bed; 22 rooms of this type), half board: 200 Euro/day.
- To upgrade to a classic twin (with an extra ‘chair’ bed; 16 rooms of this type) there is a supplement of 20 euro/day.
Two adults:
- A classic double (one double bed) or a classic twin (two single beds), half board for each: 260 euro/day for both.
- To upgrade to a “Superior Room (one double and one single bed) there would be a supplement of 20 euro = 280 euro/day.
- To upgrade to a ‘Junior Suite’ (two double beds) there would be a supplement of 50 euro = 310 euro/day.
Three adults:
- For a party of three adults booking a junior suite the three would pay 370 euro/day.
- If they would book a ‘Suite’ (two rooms with two doubles) they would pay 410 euro/day.
For attendees coming with children (there are cribs available for very young children) there are special prices, and it is best to check pricing for your family group and room choices with the hotel.
